Army OT awarded military waiver, will sign with Eagles

Former Army offensive tackle Brett Toth has been awarded a military waiver and will sign a three-year deal with the Eagles, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.

President Donald Trump announced he would allow military academy athletes to get waivers to join pro sports teams after graduation. 

Toth graduated as a nuclear engineer in May of 2018, per ESPN.com. He also became the first player from West Point to play in the Senior Bowl. 

Toth, a 6'6", 291-pound offensive limenan, will likely be a practice squad player for Philadelphia.
