CeeDee Lamb makes insane plays. Like this one.

And this one.

And especially this one (that didn’t count).

Whether it’s due to his insane ability to reel in catches that only few other humans can replicate or make defenders look silly after the catch, it’s no wonder that the Oklahoma product has been drawing high praise from nearly every analyst out there.

When asked about who he models his game after, Lamb didn’t have a specific answer. Instead, he defaulted to the players who he’s drawn several comparisons to: DeAndre Hopkins and Davante Adams.

Over the past three years, those two receivers have combined for a total of six Pro Bowl nominations. That’s just a fancy way of saying that both guys he’s being compared to are on the very top tier of the league’s wideouts, which means the expectations are absolutely through the roof for Lamb.

One of the aforementioned Pro Bowlers, DeAndre Hopkins, recently found a new home with the Arizona Cardinals. The Cardinals also happened to be on the top suitors for a receiver of Lamb’s caliber, but due to that shocking acquisition, they don’t seem to be in need of the electrifying talent on the outside anymore.

So who is a good suitor for CeeDee Lamb? Will the Cardinals acquisition of Hopkins allow Lamb to slide outside of the top 10 and become a potentially huge draft-day bargain? Or would he not have even made it to pick No. 8 to begin with?

Let’s dive in.
