An MRI on Boban Marjanović's right knee came back negative, according to the Serbian website Sixers' beat writer Keith Pompey confirmed the report later on Tuesday. Marjanović's agent, Miško Ražnatović, does not expect Marjanović to miss much time, the report says.

Boban Marjanović suffered a nasty right knee injury late in Monday night's win over the New Orleans Pelicans. Marjanović had to helped off of the floor by his teammates after being tangeled up with Pelicans big man Cheick Diallo. Marjanović later used crutches to get onto the team bus.

The Sixers—already without all-star center Joel Embiid for a third straight game (left knee soreness)—almost blew a 10-point lead late on Monday, but held on for the 111-110 win.

"My head at the moment is completely with Boban, to be frank,'' Brown said after game, per "So whatever level of disappointment I may have, I don't feel it so much now. We won the game, and I'm really thinking about him.''

Marjanović had 12 points, 10 boards, and two blocks on 6-8 shooting in 20 minutes vs. the Pelicans. In the three games without Embiid, Bobi is averaging 11.7 points and 9.0 rebounds.
