The Cleveland Browns have signed running back Kareem Hunt.

The deal is reportedly worth slightly more than the minimum.

Some Eagles were hoping Philadelphia signed Hunt, a very polarizing player after a video surfaced of Hunt's altercation with a woman in a hotel and he was released by the Chiefs. The NFL is still finishing up investigating on the Hunt situation, with a ruling expected soon

Hunt released this statement saying, "What I did was wrong and inexcusable."

Hunt is just 23-years-old and accumalted over 1,300 rushing yards to go along with 53 catches and 455 receiving yards as a rookie in Kansas City. Last season, Hunt had over 1,200 scrimmage yards in 11 games and 14 touchdowns.

The Eagles' running back situation is very merky, with decisions needed on Jay Ajayi, Darren Sproles, and Corey Clement.
