Drew Hanlen, in a response to a fan critical of his project Markelle Fultz, claims Fultz still is "not healthy."

Here's the tweet, which has been deleted:

Hanlen—a Pure Sweat basketball trainer who works with NBA players like Joel Embiid, Bradley Beal, and other big names—work with Fultz this summer and helped fix, or try to fix, his jumper.

Clint Parks trains Lakers forward Kyle Kuzma and Hanlen references "Kuz" in point No. 4.

In regards to Fultz's healthy, Hanlen could have meant mentally or could just be using "health" as an excuses for Fultz's poor play.

Fultz is coming off of a 3-8 shooting performance in a blowout loss to the Nets on Sunday night. One of Fultz's shots was so bad it ended up on House Of Highlights, where Fultz commented with a laughing emoji.

When you shoot your shot but she’s out of your league.

In 11 games, Fultz is averaging 9.3 points, 4.1 rebounds, and 3.5 assists shooting 39.3 FG% / 30.8 3P% / 66.7 FT%.

While Fultz has shown flashes at times, he's clearly still struggling with his outside shoot and confidence in it. The Sixers are 6-5 through 11 games.
