"I was guaranteed nothing, but I believed in myself – and now I bleed green, for life," Celek wrote via "To all the young kids out there: Dream Big. Work hard, and believe in yourself. Anything is possible. Philadelphia, I thank you for making me one of YOU."

Celek, 33, spent all of his 11 seasons in Philadelphia — none greater than the last one. He finishes his career with 398 catches (4th most in franchise history), 4,998 yards (8th most in franchise history) and 31 touchdowns and will go down as one of, if not the, greatest tight end in Eagles history.

Celek missed just one game during his entire career! He ranks fourth on the Eagles’ all-time list in regular-season games played with 175 and first among tight ends. From 2007-17, there was no other tight end in the NFL that played in more regular-season and postseason games (184) than Celek.
