94WIP hosts make their Eagles-Saints pick

January 10, 2019 - 12:33 pm

The Eagles are eight point underdogs in Sunday's NFC Divisional playoff game at the New Orleans Saints with an over/under around 51. The Saints destroyed the Eagles 48-7 in Week 11, they're coming off essentially two weeks off, and they're at home. It's certainly a tough spot for the Birds.

Here are the Eagles-Saints predictions from some of the 94WIP hosts.

Angelo CataldiSaints 31-20

"Sorry, but Drew Brees is just too good for Eagles D."

Al Morganti - Saints 29-23

"The home field is too much to overcome."

Rhea Hughes - Eagles 21-17

"The defense."

Joe DeCamara - Eagles

"The Saints are terrific, but their offense did regress in the last month. Eagles offensive line, defensive line, and secondary have all improvd. But the main factor: I can't bring myself to pick against Nick Foles. Not now. The Eagles win the game."

Jon RitchieSaints 38-34

"Highest scoring game of the weekend, but it won't be as close as it looks."

Ike Reese - Eagles 23-20

"The Eagles defense gets two early turnovers off of a rusty Drew Brees. Saints are unable to overcome their early struggles."

Jon Marks - Eagles 34-31

"Nick Foles outduels Drew Brees."

Joe Giglio - Eagles 31-27

"Nick Foles leaves the field with the lead again and the Eagles defense closes the deal with a last minute stand of Drew Brees' offense."

Glen MacnowSaints 31-24

"Hey, I was wrong on seven of my 16 Eagles game predictions this season, so here's hoping I'm wrong one more time. But the Saints in the dome? That's a tough draw."

Howard Eskin - ?

"This is such a different Eagles team than the one that lost in Week 11 to the Saints. Ready for another Nick Foles legendary moment. The game comes down to the team with the last possession. And the winner is...

Ray Didinger - Saints 28-21
