26-year-old franchise quarterback Carson Wentz signed a four-year extension worth $128 million ($107 million guaranteed) with the Eagles on Thursday evening.

As pointed out by ESPN's Field Yates, Wentz becomes the Eagles' 11th key veteran player signed for, at least, the next three seasons. Eight of those 11 veterans, including Wentz, are Pro Bowlers.

Brandon Graham has not made a Pro Bowl, but the 31-year-old defensive end is certainly the ninth Pro Bowl caliber player on this list. In 2016, Graham was named to the All-Pro second team.

The one veteran not on this list who is apparently unhappy with his contract extension is 31-year-old safety Malcolm Jenkins. Jenkins has two years left on his deal worth $8.1 million in base salary this season and $7.6 million in base salary in 2020.

Eagles executive vice president of football operations Howie Roseman has done an excellent job constructing this roster, keeping the core together while continuing to add key pieces around the edges.

VegasInsider.com lists the Eagles at 15-1 to win Super Bowl LIV on Febuary 2nd, 2020, tied for the 6th shortest odds with the Colts. The Eagles are 11-10 favorites to win the NFC East and 8-1 to win the NFC behind LA (5-1), New Orleans (5-1), and Chicago (15-2).
