Eagles defensive tackle Tim Jernigan has a broken foot. That's the bad news. The good news, it doesn't appear Jernigan will require surgery and he'll miss around four to six weeks, according to Pro Football Talk's Mike Florio and NFL Network's Ian Rapoport

Florio originally reported Jernigan will miss the remainder of the season, but that doesn't appear to be the case.

Jernigan, 26, was re-signed by the Eagles this April to a one-year deal. Jernigan was traded to Philadelphia before the 2017-18 season and he played a big role in helping the Eagles win their franchise's first Super Bowl on February 4th, 2018.

In Week 1, the Eagles lost free-agent acquisition and fellow defensive tackle Malik Jackson for the season with a Lisfranc injury.

Injuries are quickly piling up for the now 1-1 Eagles.
