Suddenly, on the morning of their Week 6 matchup at the Giants, the Eagles added starting offensive tackle Lane Johnson to the injury report with an ankle injury. Johnson has been tagged with the "questionable" label.

Ian Rapoport adds that Johnson has a high ankle sprain and, reading the tea leaves, seems unlikely to play on Thursday night.

Johnson, 28, has been struggling this season. After a first-team All-Pro and Pro Bowl season last year, Johnson has been disappointing, allowing big sacks in multiple games already. However, Halapoulivaati Vaitai is Johnson's backup, and that's not necessarily an upgrade for Philadelphia.

The Giants have just 6.0 sacks over their first five games, tied for worst in the NFL. They're also allowing 124.4 rushing yards per game, 27th in the NFL.
