On paper, it wasn't pretty. In his NFL debut, Eagles rookie running back Miles Sanders rushed for just 25 yards on 11 carries and caught one ball for two yards.

But if you look beyond the score, there were plenty of things to be encouraged about in Sanders' first professional football game.

1. Workload

Sanders led the Eagles running backs in snap share. Sanders was on the field for 48% of the snaps (36), while Darren Sproles played 31% (23), Jordan Howard played 23% (17), and Corey Colement played 4% (3).

2. Pass protection

For a rookie in his first game, Sanders was excellent in pass protection and Carson Wentz was sacked just one time.

3. TD called back

Sanders has a 22-yard touchdown called back due to a very questionable holding call on J.J. Arcega-Whiteside. If the touchdown stood, Sanders would have finished with a more respectable line of 12 carries for 47 yards and a touchdown.

You should go get Sanders in your fantasy league before he blows up!
