Imagine LeSean McCoy coming back to Philly. Well, the Eagles are at least semi-interested, it appears.

"The Eagles have called the Bills to see if running back LeSean McCoy was available," according to Josh Reed of WIVB in Buffalo per Pro Football Talk

McCoy, 30, spent his first six seasons in Philadelphia rushing for at least 1,000 in four of those. This year he's been banged up on a bad Bills team, rushing for just 170 yards in four games.

The Eagles could use help at the running back position with Jay Ajayi out for the season (ACL). Furthermore, Darren Sproles has missed the last four games with a hamstring injury and Corey Clement, who is expected to play this week, missed the last two games with a quad injury.

As for the 2-3 Bills, you'd think they would be eager to trade the 30-year-old running back. McCoy has a cap hit of $8.95 million this season and $9.05 next season.
