Joshua Harris and Philadelphia 76ers' ownership have reversed course and pulled back on their decision to reduce salaries of their employees, according to Adrian Wojnarowski.

Sixers ownership in a statement: ''After listening to our staff and players, it's clear that was the wrong decision. We have reversed it and will be paying these employees their full salary."

The decision to cut salaries of full time employees who make over $50,000 and potentially up to 20-percent for those making $70,000 or more was made public on Monday night. People were extremely unhappy with the decision by the ownership ground and voiced their displeasure on social media.

Just hours before Woj announced the Sixers' decision to reverse course, Philly's all-star center Joel Embiid announced he would be pledging $500,000 to help employees. Embiid, who has been in self-isolation since March 11, is also "studying the best ways to help the doctors and nurses on the front line."
